Started agility August 2021, Breed: Groodle, Age 5 years
About Me
Jax started agility 3 years ago and loves tunnels, diving in every time. Jax’s human chose to do agility because Jax was a high energy pup and needed physical and mental exercise, and because it was something interesting and super fun that they could bond over. She reckons Jax’s biggest challenge is weaving, and we’ve seen all the hard work they’ve put in to get though those twelve poles.
Jax’s biggest accomplishment so far is 1st place in Jumpers C at CCATS Oct Ribbon trial. You’ll be seeing him at a champ show soon on his way toward his biggest agility goal of earning his first title. We hear he’s Lightning McQueen on a bike ride 😜 and can see his agility confidence is growing, so he’ll get there in no time.
When he’s not doing agility, you’ll often find him at his favourite place – the beach!! Or, perhaps he’ll be napping at home with legs in the air and chest puffed out 😂 or curled up like a giant cotton ball. Maybe he’ll be all action playing with his favourite toy, a soft, long bird lookalike, or earning his favourite food (anything with meat or a special treat of fresh salmon). He’s got a keen interest in gastronomy and in his house, he is known for being an absolute foodie!! Lots of yummy treats this time of year, so enjoy Jax, and thanks for being our CCATS December/January dog of the month.
